We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth in our US IT Staffing business at 3Minds eSolutions Pvt. Ltd.
Role Details:
- Experience: 8–15+ Years
- Location: Remote
- Shift: US Shift
- Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Build and manage relationships with clients, MSPs, and VMS platforms
- Identify and close new opportunities in US IT Staffing
- Achieve sales targets and maintain a strong client pipeline
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
- Collaborate with recruitment teams for timely delivery
Requirements:
- Proven experience in US IT Staffing Business Development
- Strong knowledge of MSP/VMS models and State/Federal clients
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Track record of client acquisition and revenue growth
