About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven Account Manager in the US Staffing space with a strong focus on new client acquisition and revenue generation. This role is ideal for professionals who come with an existing client base or strong network across Tier-1 clients and MSP programs and can independently build business from scratch. Note: This is a pure hunting role — no existing accounts will be assigned. Candidates are expected to bring and build their own client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition by onboarding Tier-1 clients and MSP programs
  • Leverage existing relationships and networks to generate immediate revenue
  • Build and manage client relationships from the ground up
  • Identify new opportunities across IT, Non-IT, and Engineering domains
  • Own the complete client lifecycle: onboarding, requirement understanding, delivery alignment, and growth
  • Work closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure successful delivery

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree

Required Skills

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in US Staffing (Business Development / Account Management)
  • Strong experience with Tier-1 clients and MSP programs (both mandatory)
  • Active client base / proven ability to bring in clients is a must
  • Demonstrated success in new logo acquisition and revenue generation
  • Experience across IT, Non-IT, and Engineering hiring
  • Strong understanding of VMS/MSP models and US staffing processes

  • Strong hunter mindset with a consistent track record of closing new business
  • Ability to generate revenue independently without existing company support
  • Excellent client-facing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • High ownership, accountability, and result-driven approach
