About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven Account Manager in the US Staffing space with a strong focus on new client acquisition and revenue generation. This role is ideal for professionals who come with an existing client base or strong network across Tier-1 clients and MSP programs and can independently build business from scratch. Note: This is a pure hunting role — no existing accounts will be assigned. Candidates are expected to bring and build their own client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition by onboarding Tier-1 clients and MSP programs
- Leverage existing relationships and networks to generate immediate revenue
- Build and manage client relationships from the ground up
- Identify new opportunities across IT, Non-IT, and Engineering domains
- Own the complete client lifecycle: onboarding, requirement understanding, delivery alignment, and growth
- Work closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure successful delivery
Qualifications
Required Skills
- 5 to 10 years of experience in US Staffing (Business Development / Account Management)
- Strong experience with Tier-1 clients and MSP programs (both mandatory)
- Active client base / proven ability to bring in clients is a must
- Demonstrated success in new logo acquisition and revenue generation
- Experience across IT, Non-IT, and Engineering hiring
- Strong understanding of VMS/MSP models and US staffing processes
