Key Responsibilities

- Generate daily and weekly IT requirements across SAP, Data, Cloud, and other technologies
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Negotiate rates and close business deals
- Work closely with recruiters to fulfill client requirements
- Leverage existing client or vendor relationships to bring active requirements
- Meet and exceed revenue and performance targets
Required Skills and Experience
- 8+ years of experience in US IT staffing sales or business development
- Strong network of direct clients or prime vendor connections
- Proven track record of consistently bringing requirements and closures
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
