Role Description

Upturnly (A Unit of VA-Biz Solutions) is expanding its footprint in the real estate sector. We help developers and realtors scale by generating qualified leads, site visits, and booked meetings. We are looking for a B2B Sales Manager who understands the real estate ecosystem and can drive consistent revenue through high-ticket closures.

Key Responsibilities

  • B2B Sales & Closures: Acquire and close deals with builders, developers, and channel partners with ticket sizes of ₹100,000+.

  • Banking Synergy: Leverage your experience in housing or corporate loans to position our services as a growth driver for client sales teams.

  • Pipeline Management: Manage everything from lead qualification and discovery calls to proposals and final closures.

  • Revenue Generation: Consistently aim for a monthly deal value of ₹10L+.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience: 3–4 years in housing or corporate loans, Real Estate sales, or B2B financial services.

  • Proven Track Record: Experience closing deals with ₹1,00,000+ ticket sizes and generating 10L+ monthly revenue.

  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strategic thinking abilities with a focus on achieving targets

  • Communication: Excellent spoken and written English, with the confidence to deal with senior stakeholders and investors.

  • Experience in outbound sales or SDR management in the past is a bonus

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
