Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Chennai. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets, particularly in sectors requiring sewage treatment and water management solutions. Responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals and negotiating contracts to close deals. The role involves collaborating with technical and operations teams to understand product capabilities, customize solutions, and ensure a smooth transition from sales to project execution. It involves site recce and knowledge with CAD and layout understanding. The Business Development Manager will also track market trends, build strong customer relationships, and maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
