Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Chennai. The Business Development Manager will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build a strong pipeline of prospective institutional and B2C customers, and drive end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to closing. Responsibilities include conducting market research, reaching out to prospects via calls, emails, and meetings, delivering compelling product presentations and demos, and promoting NxtWave's programs and certifications to decision-makers and learners. The role involves building and maintaining long-term relationships with partners, colleges, training institutes, and corporate stakeholders, as well as collaborating with marketing and product teams to refine offerings and messaging. The Business Development Manager will track performance metrics, prepare sales reports and forecasts, and continuously optimize strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
