JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Business Development Manager (SaaS)
Position Overview: As a SaaS-Based Sofware Marketing Manager, will be responsible for creating and
implementing strategic marketing campaigns to increase awareness, engagement, and adoption of our foundry focused
SaaS products. To optimize marketing tactics, need to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
to build appealing campaigns, targeted content, and analyze performance indicators.
Job Location: Chennai
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop new clients for Company's soware products and Data analytics services.
• Responsible for end-to-end sales cycle, right from lead generation to deal closure with BANT Approach.
• Acquire new logos and take ownership for the independent revenue targets for Soware Solutions
• To build leads and manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities with an account-based approach for net new
accounts in the mid-tier and enterprise space.
• Sell the services to new and existing clients.
• Utilize existing connections to find quick wins in the servicing and maintenance contracts across various
technologies and plaforms.
• Bring insights on the customer's IT landscape, their strategic initiatives and pressing challenges which can be
served via our offerings.
• Gather industry specific insights and use that in geng meetings, preparing proposals, and winning deals and
mindshare from prospects.
• Manage opportunities and leads in Salesforce and become predictable in forecasting by creating a strong
pipeline.
• Connect with AEs and partner managers of various plaorms and build a good relationship with them to
become their trusted partner for delivery.
• Lead the sales process from qualification to closure and work with the internal team, pre-sales team as needed
to bring opportunities to a closure.
• Understands and negotiates contracts, requirements, SOWs, and CRs as needed with various stakeholders
internally and externally.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Desired Candidate Profile
• Qualifications: MBA/BE/B.tech or Equivalent.
• Exposure to the Manufacturing industries/foundries and data analytics will be an added advantage.
• Experience of Marketing Management and outbound B2B sales, coupled with MBA (Sales & Marketing)
qualification and a track record of success in Cloud/SAAS/ERP Solution Sales.
• Candidates should be able to build relationship with corporate customers, understand the technical
requirement of customer.
• Team oriented person should possess excellent verbal & wrien communication and presentation skills and an
expert in understanding the customer requirement.
• Must be able to achieve overall sales target & servicing clients with the objective of increasing the market share
of the company.
• Willing to travel extensively all over India.
• Candidate should have an excellent track record of achieving deadlines on time and ability to meet and exceed
revenue targets.
