Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities, introducing brokers and potential clients for integration into the company.
• Develop business strategies with a focus on meeting client needs and expectations.
• Stay current with industry trends and developments, including tracking competition, and provide strategic recommendations to management.
• Build and sustain strong professional relationships with both existing and potential clients.
• Provide timely and effective support to CPA/IB partners as needed.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Ensure business objectives and targets are achieved in line with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the brokerage or financial services industry.
• Consistent record of achieving sales targets, with measurable accomplishments being highly valued.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to identify business opportunities and emerging trends.
• Solid understanding of market dynamics and current industry developments.
