Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot. This position is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and expanding the company's presence in target markets. Day-to-day activities include researching potential clients, qualifying leads, presenting service offerings, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts in alignment with company goals. The role also involves working closely with the technical and delivery teams to translate client needs into clear requirements, ensure smooth onboarding, and support project success. The Business Development Manager will track sales performance, report on pipeline progress, and contribute to strategic plans for revenue growth and market positioning.
