Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and promoting Apti Branding's design and social media services to potential clients. Daily tasks include prospecting and outreach, conducting meetings and presentations, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating contracts in alignment with company objectives. The Business Development Manager will collaborate closely with the design and social media teams to translate client needs into tailored service offerings and ensure smooth project onboarding. The role also includes monitoring market trends, maintaining a sales pipeline, and reporting on performance metrics to support strategic growth.

Qualifications

  • Business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and contract negotiation.
  • Client relationship management skills, such as stakeholder communication, needs assessment, and account growth.
  • Basic understanding of branding, graphic design, web design, and social media services to effectively present agency offerings.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly in meetings and proposals.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills, including market research, competitor analysis, and revenue forecasting.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with creative teams, manage multiple opportunities, and meet targets within deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Prior experience in an agency or marketing/branding environment is preferred; familiarity with the Rajkot and regional market is an advantage.
