Job Title: Business Development Manager Salesforce Solutions

Experience: 5+ Years (Specialized in Salesforce/CRM)

Location: Bangalore, India (Hybrid)

Role Overview:

As a Salesforce Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving Account Growth (EE/EN) within existing enterprise clients and spearheading Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies to win new USA-based IT Services business (NN). You will act as a Trusted Advisor to senior stakeholders, ensuring long-term partnerships and high-margin service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Farming & Mining (EE/EN): Focus on deep account penetration to identify new Salesforce opportunities and expand the existing revenue footprint.
  • USA GTM Strategy (NN): Design and execute a New Logo acquisition strategy specifically targeted at bringing in North American IT Services business.
  • Strategic Partnership: Position yourself as a Client Partner or technical architecture to manage complex multi-million dollar technology sales.
  • Technical Solutioning: Understand the client's technical architecture to propose high-impact Salesforce Sales, Service, or Marketing Cloud solutions.
  • Alliance Leveraging: Collaborate with partners like Microsoft, AWS, and Salesforce to co-sell and accelerate deal cycles.

Candidate Requirements & Stability:

  • Experience: 5+ years of specialized experience in IT Services and Salesforce BD.
  • Past Titles: Candidates who have previously held titles such as Account Manager, Client Partner, or Business Development Manager.
  • US Market Focus: Demonstrated ability to win and manage USA-based enterprise accounts.
