Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Dwarka. The Business Development Manager will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and develop strategies to drive organizational growth. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, creating business proposals, delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales goals. The role focuses on strategic planning and implementing initiatives to expand business operations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in business development, onboarding clients, and relationship-building
  • Strong skills in market research, negotiation, and strategic planning
  • Ability to create compelling business proposals and deliver persuasive presentations
  • Proficiency in communication, teamwork, and client consultation
  • Knowledge of sales processes and experience with CRM tools is desirable
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve objectives
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
