Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive sales growth and build strong relationships with HNI (High Net-worth Individual) clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BFSI sales and a passion for field-based client acquisition and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, acquire, and manage HNI clients within the assigned territory
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and field activities
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Conduct regular client meetings and presentations
• Ensure timely follow-ups and conversion of leads
• Maintain accurate sales reports and pipeline updates
• Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation standards

• Sales target achievement and revenue generation

Eligibility Criteria
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in BFSI (Insurance / NBFC / Banking preferred)
• Proven track record in sales and client acquisition
• Experience in handling HNI clients is an added advantage
• Must own a 2-wheeler with a valid driving license
