Business Development Manager - SEO/Digital Marketing

Location: Noida, sector-8
Shift: 6:30 PM 4:30 AM (US & Canada Market)
Work Days: Monday to Friday (Weekends Off)
Experience: 25+ Years
Role: Senior Executive / BDM / Senior BDM

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced International SEO Sales Professional who specializes in selling SEO-focused Digital Marketing services to clients in the US & Canada markets. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in hardcore B2B sales, handling the entire sales cycle, and consistently achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Generate and expand business opportunities in the US & Canada markets
* Handle the complete sales cycle: lead generation discovery pitching proposal negotiation closure
* Sell SEO-centric Digital Marketing services, including:
* Search Engine Optimization (On-page, Off-page, Technical SEO)
* SEO Audits & Competitor Analysis
* Local SEO & E-commerce SEO
* Content Marketing & Link Building
* Perform outbound sales activities via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Skype, etc.
* Understand client business goals and recommend suitable SEO solutions
* Maintain and update CRM, sales pipeline, and forecasts
* Build long-term relationships with international clients
* Coordinate with internal SEO and delivery teams for smooth onboarding
* Stay updated with latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and tools

*Required Skills & Qualifications:*
* 24 years of proven experience in International SEO Sales / Digital Marketing Sales
* Strong understanding of SEO concepts and deliverables
* Proven experience selling to US & Canada clients
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Familiarity with tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, WooRank, SEOptimer, Google Analytics
* Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented
* Ability to work independently and manage international time zones

Additional Requirements:
* Own laptop
* Stable high-speed internet
* Initially provided 3-4 months WFH after that according to the requirement need to do Onsite
