Job Title: Business Development Manager

Department: Business Development

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager with strong experience in driving B2B partnerships within the hospitality, student housing, co-living, serviced apartments, and long-stay accommodation sectors.

The role additionally requires exposure to property acquisition and real-estate tie-ups to support business expansion.

The ideal candidate will generate sustained demand through strategic partnerships with builders, travel partners, relocation agencies, and property owners/developers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic partnerships with brokers, real estate owners, and study-abroad agencies.
  • Drive property acquisition / supply expansion by identifying suitable properties and coordinating with real-estate brokers, landlords, and developers.
  • Create tailored proposals, pricing structures, and long-term contracts with partners and property owners.
  • Collaborate with operations, marketing, and supply teams to ensure superior partner and occupant experience.
  • Track market movements, competitor offerings, pricing trends, and new partnership / acquisition opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate client, lead, and property pipeline data in CRM.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue, occupancy, and supply acquisition targets.
  • Coordinate with the legal team to draft and finalize MoUs, term sheets, and commercial agreements.

  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or Real Estate.
    • 4-8 years of experience in hospitality / co-living / student housing / serviced apartments / real-estate acquisitions.
    • Strong corporate, institutional, and real-estate network in the accommodation and relocation sector.
    • Proven experience in partnership development as well as scouting / evaluating properties for business expansion.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM and lead-management tools.
    • High ownership mindset and a result-oriented approach.

    Key Performance Metrics:

    • New B2B partnership acquisitions (real-estate brokers, landlords, and developers).
    • Occupancy and revenue contribution from B2B channels.
    • Successful property acquisition and supply pipeline growth.
    • Partner/property owner retention and satisfaction score.
    • Closure and conversion rate from proposals.
    • Experience working across the Western region (Mumbai/Navi Mumbai) as well as major Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities.
