This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Mumbai. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and creating strategies to promote services effectively. Daily tasks will include conducting market research, negotiating contracts, meeting sales targets, preparing presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to drive growth and client satisfaction. This role requires proactive engagement with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.

• Strong experience in Business Development, Client Relations, and Sales
• Proficiency in Market Research, Lead Generation, and Sales Planning
• Effective Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Knowledge of event management, brand activations, and corporate initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and achieve targets
• Strong team collaboration skills and self-motivation to perform independently
• Prior experience in event management, marketing, or related fields is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
