Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager at our Thane location. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships and driving sales growth. Responsibilities include creating and executing business strategies, leading sales presentations, negotiating contracts and collaborating with internal teams to align client needs with company offerings. The role requires strong organizational skills to manage key accounts, track performance and provide regular updates on growth metrics.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, sales strategy, client relationship management and contract negotiation
  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends, identify new opportunities and develop competitive strategies
  • Ability to work effectively, manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
