Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, developing and implementing growth strategies, conducting market research, and negotiating contracts. The role includes collaborating with marketing, sales, and product development teams to align business objectives with market needs.

Qualifications

• Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Negotiation skills
• Marketing Strategy, Market Research, and Strategic Planning abilities
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in developing growth strategies and managing sales pipelines
• Ability to work independently and remotely and manage time effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Experience in the manufacturing or extrusion industry is a plus
