About The Role
The Whiz Lab is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth across School Partnerships, CSR Collaborations, Events, and Corporate Engagements. The role involves building strategic relationships, generating revenue opportunities, and expanding the organization's impact through innovative STEM experiences for children.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive revenue growth across birthdays, corporate events, CSR projects, and partnerships
* Identify and onboard schools for STEM programs, workshops, and science events
* Build relationships with principals, coordinators, and institutional decision-makers
* Develop and pitch CSR proposals aligned with educational impact goals
* Create partnerships with malls, exhibitions, community platforms, and event organizers
* Pitch and execute STEM-based employee engagement workshops for corporates
* Develop business development strategies and maintain a strong sales pipeline
* Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
* Represent the organization at meetings, events, and networking opportunities
Requirements
* Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, or Client Relationship Management
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Ability to build strategic partnerships and identify growth opportunities
* Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent organizational and project management abilities
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
* Experience in education, events, or STEM sector is a plus
