Role Description

We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager with a strong background inDessert salesto lead our expansion into restaurants, HORECA, and FMCG channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, driving new business, managing sampling, closing deals, and identifying new market opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 57+ years of experience inDessert sales
  • Experience in B2B and institutional sales
  • Understanding of white-label / private-label business models (preferred)
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Self-driven with the ability to open new markets independently
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Generate and qualify leads across:

  • Restaurants & QSR chains
  • HORECA segment
  • FMCG companies for white-label partnerships

  • Prospect and onboard new clients through structured outreach and networking
  • Conduct product presentations and coordinate sampling with potential clients
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close deals
  • Identify and develop new markets and distribution channels
  • Build long-term B2B relationships
