Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Manager – Client Servicing to lead key client relationships, drive business growth, and oversee end-to-end delivery of projects. This is a business leadership role responsible for client ownership, revenue growth, and team leadership.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Leadership & Relationship Management
• Act as primary lead for key clients
• Build long-term relationships
• Drive client satisfaction and retention
Business Development & Revenue Growth• Drive new business opportunities
• Lead pitches and proposals
• Grow accounts and revenue
Strategic Thinking & Campaign Direction• Translate briefs into campaigns
• Work with creative teams
• Bring proactive ideas
Project Oversight & Delivery• Oversee execution
• Ensure timelines and quality
• Resolve challenges
Commercial Ownership• Lead costing and budgeting
• Ensure profitability
• Negotiate with clients
Team Leadership• Lead client servicing teams

Cross-functional Collaboration• Work with creative, ops, digital teams

Key Requirements
• 7–12+ years agency experience
• Experiential marketing background
• Strong client and business skills
• Commercial understanding
• Leadership experience
