Job Description

Experience in SAP CRM One Order framework, CRM ABAP OOPS concepts, and WEB UI.
Correlation and mapping of customer requirements.
Business Process Configuring, Integration, and Deployment with SAP CRM Systems.
Standoff experience in SAP CRM OO ABAP coupled with BADI BAPI, User exit, Functions, and Smart forms development.
Extensive experience in SAP CRM Sales and Service concept
Document functional designs, test cases, and results.
In-depth knowledge of middleware architecture, and SAP CRM Integration with ECC systems.
Events, Action Profiles, Organizational determination, and related CRM customizing and configurations.
Integration of SAP CRM system with Other Systems for realizing the Solution for the Requirement
In-depth knowledge of debugging, RCA, Incident, and Change Management would be preferable.
Should be aware of Incident, Change, and Problem Management
One must have a minimum of 3 project implementations and 1 support experience.
Standout verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent team leadership experience
Ability to maintain critical thinking while balancing multiple tasks.
