Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (Inside Sales) to drive lead generation, client engagement, and sales growth for our office furniture brand, Terrain. The role involves developing sales strategies, converting leads, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and digital channels
Convert inbound and outbound leads into confirmed sales
Develop and execute business development and inside sales strategies
Connect with potential clients to understand their requirements
Present company products, solutions, and value propositions effectively
Maintain regular follow-ups and nurture client relationships
Coordinate with design, production, and operations teams for order execution
Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and reports
Requirements
Proven experience in Business Development / Inside Sales
Experience in B2B sales (furniture/interior/building materials preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office is an added advantage
