Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with proven experience in Odoo ERP Sales. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in selling Odoo ERP solutions, handling client discussions, preparing proposals, and closing deals.

This role strictly focuses on Odoo ERP sales and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities for Odoo ERP solutions.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Conduct client meetings and understand business requirements.
  • Coordinate with the technical team for solution discussions and demo scheduling.
  • Prepare customized Odoo ERP proposals, quotations, and commercial documents.
  • Follow up with prospects regularly to ensure deal progression and closure.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms with clients to close sales successfully.
  • Ensure smooth project handover to the implementation team after deal closure.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and activity records in CRM tools.
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 13 years of experience in Odoo ERP Sales / Business Development (Mandatory).
  • Proven experience in selling Odoo ERP solutions only.
  • Strong understanding of Odoo modules and ERP sales lifecycle.
  • Experience in preparing Odoo proposals and commercial documentation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Target-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in an Odoo Partner company.
  • Understanding of business processes like Sales, Accounting, Inventory, HR, and Manufacturing.
  • Experience handling international clients is an added advantage.
