Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Business Development Manager based in Kozhikode, with flexibility for some remote work. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, creating strategic business plans, and driving sustainable revenue growth. The role requires regular interaction with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and the successful execution of services.

Qualifications

• Strong business development, client acquisition, and lead generation skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Strategic planning and market analysis skills to identify growth opportunities
• Proficiency in key software such as CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Proven ability to meet revenue targets and achieve results
• Flexibility to work both on-site in Kozhikode and remotely as required
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; an MBA is a plus
