We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager with strong experience in domestic staffing (India market). The role focuses on new client acquisition, account management, and revenue growth across Contract, Contract-to-Hire (C2H) and GCC models.

• Existing client network in the Indian market.
• Experience working with MSPs, direct clients, or mid-to-large enterprises.
• Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools.
• Proven track record in new client acquisition and closures.
• Hands-on experience with Contract, C2H,
• Excellent client communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of Indian hiring market and compliance basics.
• Ability to work independently and drive revenue targets.
• Experience working with recruitment delivery teams.
