Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to work aligned with US Eastern Time, focused on direct clients in the BFSI Sector. The role involves Outbound Prospecting, cold calling, Email, LinkedIn outreach, online meetings to build pipeline and grow existing accounts.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Identify, Prospect and generate new business opportunity.
  2. Nurture existing BFSI client relationship.
  3. Conduct outbound sales activities including cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
  4. Collaborate with delivery and customer success team to ensure client satisfaction.
  5. Maintain accurate data, pipelines and client interactions in CRM.

You May be a good fit, If you have

  1. 3 to 5 Yrs of experience in Inside Sales.
  2. Proven track record of selling staffing services to US clients.
  3. Excellent Communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  4. Strong understanding of US staffing models, MSP/VMS and compliance basics.
