driven Business Development Manager to join our team and contribute to client
acquisition and revenue expansion.
Job Summary:
We are hiring a Business Development Manager with hands-on experience in selling
digital marketing, web development, Mobile app development, and software
development. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong
client relationships, and meet monthly sales targets. Experience in handling and
closing deals with international clients is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
● Generate qualified leads through cold calling, strategic email outreach, and
LinkedIn engagement.
● Pitch core digital marketing services, including SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and
Social Media Marketing, web development, Mobile app development, and software development.
● Conduct face-to-face or virtual meetings tailored to specific client requirements to build rapport and close deals.
● Prepare and deliver customized sales proposals and client presentations.
● Negotiate and close deals with international clients.
● Build and maintain long-term client relationships through continuous engagement.
● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth on boarding and projectdelivery.
● Track sales performance, maintain CRM records, and meet monthly revenue goals.
Candidate Requirements:
● 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales in a digital marketing agency (Mandatory).
● Proven track record in International Sales and client acquisition.
● Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing).
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
● Proven ability to manage the entire sales cycle independently.
● Familiar with CRM tools and MS Office.
● Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimum supervision.
