Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients for IT staffing and recruitment services.
- Generate business opportunities across Permanent Hiring, Contract Staffing, and Contract-to-Hire engagements.
- Build and maintain relationships with HR leaders, Talent Acquisition teams, and business decision-makers.
- Conduct market research and develop client acquisition strategies.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure successful delivery of client requirements.
- Achieve assigned revenue targets within the performance evaluation period.
