Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for ambitious, entrepreneurial, and result-oriented professionals who can drive new client acquisition and generate business opportunities for our IT staffing and recruitment services.

This role offers a unique pathway where high-performing professionals can transition into a full-time payroll position upon achieving predefined business targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new clients for IT staffing and recruitment services.
  • Generate business opportunities across Permanent Hiring, Contract Staffing, and Contract-to-Hire engagements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with HR leaders, Talent Acquisition teams, and business decision-makers.
  • Conduct market research and develop client acquisition strategies.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure successful delivery of client requirements.
  • Achieve assigned revenue targets within the performance evaluation period.
