Job Description

  • Build lasting relationships with client executives (CxO, VP levels), create and manage detailed account plans. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and execute account mining activities as a member of the sales team for North America.
  • Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help the company expand
  • Maintain existing business
  • Creates marketing literature and web-based features to promote products and time-sensitive sales
  • Experience in new Client Acquisitions and empanelment
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations
  • Presenting your findings to a technical team to act on, and then to the client
  • Develop effective sales plans using sales methodology
  • Identify future project needs of clients and minimize engagement disruption through managing engagement and ensuring clients expectations are met
  • Support team goals by participating in strategy meetings, including discussing pipelines, marketing strategies, and current challenges
  • Think critically when planning to assure project success
