Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with leading overseas education consultants across South India, with a primary focus on Canada, UK, Europe and Germany student recruitment.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations of the iApply platform, highlighting key services, competitive advantages, and partner benefits.
• Onboard new partners and provide comprehensive training to counselors and team members to ensure effective utilization of the platform.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners through regular engagement, updates, and business development activities.
• Drive application volumes by encouraging partners to maximize student submissions through iApply.
• Ensure timely and high-quality support to partners, including profile assessments, application guidance, submission assistance, and issue resolution.
• Monitor partner performance and provide constructive feedback, business insights, and growth strategies.
• Achieve assigned targets related to partner acquisition, daily outreach, student applications, and tuition fee deposits.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to develop and execute effective regional growth strategies.
• Explore and expand into new markets while strengthening iApply's presence within the existing partner network.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional partner experience.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Overseas Education Industry Business Development.
• Preference will be given to candidates with 2+ years of B2B experience in Canada-focused international student recruitment.
• Strong network of education consultants and student recruitment agencies in South India.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
