Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager with strong experience in the domestic India market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT staffing and recruitment sales, with the ability to identify, acquire, and manage new client relationships while driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients for staffing and recruitment services across the domestic market.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, market research, and outbound sales activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, hiring managers, and HR stakeholders.
- Understand client hiring needs and propose appropriate recruitment and staffing solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure and account handover.
- Negotiate commercial terms and service agreements with clients.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure successful delivery against client requirements.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new growth opportunities.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition within the Staffing & Recruitment industry.
- Strong experience in IT Staffing / Recruitment Sales.
- Demonstrated success in acquiring and managing domestic India clients.
- Strong understanding of recruitment and staffing business models.
- Ability to generate leads, build pipelines, and close business opportunities independently.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong relationship-building and account management capabilities.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working remotely.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Established network within the domestic staffing and recruitment ecosystem will be an added advantage.
