We're Hiring: Business Development Manager
Location: Gurgaon,Chennai
Experience: 5+ Years
Role Overview :
We are looking for a Business Development Manager who can drive partnerships, manage opportunities, and create strong client proposals.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Work on RFPs, EOIs, proposals & pitch decks
• Build strong relationships with clients & government stakeholders
• Manage projects and ensure timely delivery
• Track opportunities and drive conversions
Requirements :
• Bachelor's/Master's degree (Business, Economics, Communications, etc.)
• 5+ years in Business Development / Project Management
• Strong communication & presentation skills
• Experience with multi-stakeholder projects
• Good knowledge of MS Office & tools
Preferred
• Experience with government or development sector
• Knowledge of agri-tech, climate risk, or insurance
