Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offline Strategy Development & Execution
  • Design and implement offline marketing strategies to boost lead generation and increase college admissions for UG and PG programs.
  • Develop region-specific pilots and initiatives customized to target audience needs and institutional goals.
  • School & College Outreach
  • Plan and execute large-scale outreach programs in schools and colleges to build brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to strengthen relationships with educational institutions.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion
  • Identify and leverage innovative offline channels for lead generation and brand engagement.
  • Manage and oversee walk-in drives, workshops, seminars, exhibitions, and other lead generation events to achieve admission targets.
  • Stakeholder Coordination
  • Work closely with the marketing, admissions, and academic teams to align strategies and ensure a seamless execution of outreach initiatives.
  • Monitor campaign performance and report on the effectiveness of offline marketing activities.
