Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive (BDE) or Business Development Manager (BDM) based in Ahmedabad. The primary responsibility will involve identifying prospective clients, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic business opportunities. The role includes generating leads, conducting market research, preparing business proposals, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. Collaboration with internal teams to meet client needs and participating in business events will also be required.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Lead Generation, Market Research, and Prospecting
  • Expertise in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Closing Deals
  • Ability to develop and present Business Proposals and negotiate contracts effectively
  • Familiarity with strategic thinking, decision-making, and goal-oriented planning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a similar role and knowledge of the MSME/startup ecosystem preferred
