Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager based in Surat, Ahmedabad, Vapi and Rajkot with an option for partial work from home. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with prospective clients, and maintaining existing client relationships. Tasks involve creating and implementing strategic plans for business growth, conducting market research, presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to align client needs with company offerings.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in the IT or digital solutions industry is a plus
Strong business development, sales strategy, and client relationship management skills
Proficiency in market research, lead generation, and data analysis
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proven ability to work in team settings and cross-functional collaboration
Experience with CRM tools and other sales-related technologies
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work independently
