Role Overview
We're looking for a Business Development Manager who can build relationships, pitch StudX offerings, close deals, and consistently grow revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pitch to potential brand clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Work closely with internal teams to align proposals
- Research competitors and market trends
- Own deal closure and handover to the operations team
Working Criteria
- New outreaches daily
- Maintain an updated BD tracking sheet / CRM
- Research clients and customise proposals accordingly
Requirements
- 23 years of experience in business development or sales
- Strong pitching & negotiation skills
- Experience in marketing / influencer / experiential space preferred
- Revenue-driven and proactive approach
