Role Overview

We're looking for a Business Development Manager who can build relationships, pitch StudX offerings, close deals, and consistently grow revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pitch to potential brand clients
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Work closely with internal teams to align proposals
  • Research competitors and market trends
  • Own deal closure and handover to the operations team

Working Criteria

  • New outreaches daily
  • Maintain an updated BD tracking sheet / CRM
  • Research clients and customise proposals accordingly

Requirements

  • 23 years of experience in business development or sales
  • Strong pitching & negotiation skills
  • Experience in marketing / influencer / experiential space preferred
  • Revenue-driven and proactive approach

Work From Office NIBM, Pune (Mandatory)
