Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Business Development Manager role based in Delhi, India. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategies to expand the company's market share in the EV powertrain domain. The role involves creating and executing sales plans, conducting market analysis, collaborating with engineering teams for customized solutions, and ensuring the delivery of high customer satisfaction through consistent support and communication.

Qualifications
  • Strong business acumen with skills in market analysis, strategic planning, and identifying growth opportunities
  • Proven experience in building client relationships, managing negotiations, and driving revenue growth in a competitive landscape
  • Knowledge of the Electric Vehicle industry, powertrain solutions, and technical product understanding
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
  • Problem-solving capability and the ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Relevant experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the automotive or EV domain
