Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT services / staffing / product sales (as per company focus).
- Generate leads through networking, online platforms, and cold outreach.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business partnerships.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for proposal creation and delivery.
- Negotiate contracts and close business deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain and update sales reports, pipeline status, and client interactions in CRM.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 38 years of experience in business development, preferably in IT / recruitment / staffing / consulting domain.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good understanding of sales processes and CRM tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with US or international clients.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email campaigns, and lead generation tools.
- Knowledge of market research and proposal preparation.
