Experience Required: Minimum 10+ years in marketing and sales within the electric vehicle (EV) OEM ecosystem

Industry Focus: Electric Vehicle OEMs, specifically targeting EV three-wheeler manufacturers

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced marketing and sales professional with deep knowledge of the electric vehicle OEM ecosystem. The ideal candidate will drive the marketing and sales efforts for our electric powertrains, focusing primarily on EV OEMs. This role requires strategic vision, strong industry connections, and a proven track record of successful product positioning and sales growth in the EV sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote electric powertrains to EV three-wheeler OEMs.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the EV OEM ecosystem.
  • Lead sales efforts including prospecting, negotiations, and closing deals with EV three-wheeler manufacturers.
  • Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to understand product features and translate them into marketable benefits.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs in the EV three-wheeler segment.
  • Drive brand awareness and positioning through targeted campaigns, events, and industry partnerships.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and market feedback to optimize strategies.

Candidate Profile:
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing and sales within the electric vehicle OEM ecosystem, preferably with a focus on three-wheelers.
  • Strong network and established relationships with EV three-wheeler OEMs and industry players.
  • Deep understanding of electric powertrain technology and its benefits in the EV market.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns and sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to driving results.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and leadership teams.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in selling EV components or systems to OEMs is highly desirable.
