About the Role

Focused on Audio Video (AV) / Broadcast vertical and formulate all Sales / business development activities which leads to Sales Target number achievement as Individual KRA.

Responsibilities

  • Develop Market and deliver all core Product value ( Audio Video (AV) / Broadcast ) proposition along with sales tools that can be used to sell our proposition to the end customer - Enterprise/Corporates/Media houses/PSU etc.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for Audio-Visual solutions including

1.Video conferencing systems

2.Displays (LED/LCD/Video Walls)

3.Audio systems

4.Control & automation solutions

  • Engage with corporate clients, consultants, architects, IT teams, and decision-makers.
  • Understand customer requirements and propose end-to-end AV solutions.
  • Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals, BOQs, and pricing.
  • Coordinate with pre-sales, engineering, and project teams for solution design and execution.
  • Manage the complete sales cyclefrom lead generation to order closure.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and new AV technologies.
  • Participate in product demos, presentations, exhibitions, and client meetings.
