Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing strategies to reach sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include driving business growth, preparing proposals, conducting market research, negotiating deals, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver customized solutions to clients.

• Strong business development and client relationship management skills
• Experience in developing sales strategies and negotiating contracts
• Proficiency in market research and competitor analysis
• Strong communication, presentation, and persuasive abilities
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
• Experience in advertising, PR, or digital media is highly advantageous
• must have experience of advertisement industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
