Role: This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Business Development Manager (Tech Sales - Fintech Domain). The Business Development Manager will identify and qualify new business opportunities in fintech lending and ERP/CRM solutions, build a pipeline of prospective clients, and drive end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to closure. Responsibilities include conducting product demos, preparing proposals, negotiating commercial terms, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in NBFCs, HFCs, Microfinance institutions, and other target sectors. The role will require close collaboration with technical and project teams to align client requirements with product capabilities, ensure smooth handover of closed deals, and support successful implementation. The individual will also monitor market trends, analyze competitor offerings, and provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to leadership.

Job Description:

  • Strong Business Development and Sales skills, with a proven ability to generate leads, manage pipelines, and close deals in a B2B technology or fintech environment.
  • Experience in Account Management, including nurturing long-term client relationships, upselling, and cross-selling technology solutions.
  • Effective Negotiation capabilities to handle pricing discussions, contract terms, and client objections with a solutions-focused approach.
  • Solid Project Management skills to coordinate with internal teams, manage timelines, and ensure seamless transition from sales to delivery.
  • Understanding of fintech products and services, especially lending management systems (LOS, LMS), Co-lending platforms, and related enterprise solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in business terms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
  • Comfort working with CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic analytics to track performance and identify growth opportunities.
