Role: This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Business Development Manager (Tech Sales - Fintech Domain). The Business Development Manager will identify and qualify new business opportunities in fintech lending and ERP/CRM solutions, build a pipeline of prospective clients, and drive end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to closure. Responsibilities include conducting product demos, preparing proposals, negotiating commercial terms, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in NBFCs, HFCs, Microfinance institutions, and other target sectors. The role will require close collaboration with technical and project teams to align client requirements with product capabilities, ensure smooth handover of closed deals, and support successful implementation. The individual will also monitor market trends, analyze competitor offerings, and provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to leadership.
