We are seeking a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager to join our team in Visakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth across Event Management, Catering Services, Hospitality Solutions, Corporate Meals, and Industrial Meal Services.

Key responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. The role also involves setting sales goals, analyzing market trends, preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating contracts, and working closely with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client requirements.

• Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
• Strong skills in Market Analysis, Negotiation, and Strategic Planning
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build strong networks and maintain long-term client relationships
• Experience in event management, catering, hospitality, corporate meals, or industrial food services is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
