Manager – New Business Unit (Growth General Management)

Experience: 5–7 Years

Qualification: MBA / Engineer

Location: Head Office with field exposure across projects

The Opportunity

We are looking for entrepreneurial Managers who are ready to build, run, and scale a new business unit within the Spartek ecosystem.

This role is designed as a clear growth path to General Management. You will not be restricted to a functional silo — instead, you will own strategy, execution, commercial decisions, and team building.

If you aspire to run a business rather than manage a department, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and scale a new business vertical from the ground up
  • Develop business plans, pricing strategies, and go-to-market models
  • Drive sales, partnerships, and key customer relationships
  • Coordinate with manufacturing, technical, procurement, and project teams
  • Manage budgets, margins, and unit-level P&L
  • Build and mentor a small cross-functional team
  • Establish processes, SOPs, and execution discipline
  • Report directly to senior leadership with clear growth metrics

Who We Are Looking For
  • MBA or Engineering graduates with 5–7 years of professional experience
  • Individuals with strong entrepreneurial drive and ownership mindset
  • Candidates who can balance commercial thinking with on-ground execution
  • Professionals comfortable with ambiguity, scale-up challenges, and accountability
  • Exposure to construction, building materials, precast, flooring, modular systems, or project-driven businesses is a strong advantage
