Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Instrumentation Technician with 3–5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. The candidate will be responsible for installation, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of instrumentation systems used in manufacturing and process operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation, calibration, and maintenance of field instruments such as pressure, temperature, flow, and level transmitters.
- Handle troubleshooting and repair of control systems, PLCs, and SCADA systems.
- Ensure smooth operation of instruments in production areas such as liquid filing, packaging, and utilities.
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities as per schedule.
- Maintain proper documentation in compliance with GMP, SOPs, and audit requirements.
- Support validation and qualification activities (IQ, OQ, PQ).
- Monitor and maintain process control systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams for breakdown resolution.
