Business Development Manager

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Business Development Manager based in Bengaluru. The role involves identifying and pursuing business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategies to drive company growth. You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to client needs, manage sales processes, and achieve revenue targets. Regularly monitoring market trends and competitors will also be part of the role to identify new growth areas.

• Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relationship Management
• Strong ability in Strategic Planning, Market Research, and Opportunity Identification
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic knowledge of digital marketing
• Solid understanding of advertising, branding, and marketing concepts
• Highly organized with strong time management and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• Experience within the advertising or marketing sector is a plus
