Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role (Mumbai/Bangalore) for a Business Development Manager - EU - Power/Metals based in Bengaluru. The role involves identifying and pursuing business opportunities in the Power and Metals sectors, focusing on the European market. The candidate will build strong client relationships, collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, and drive revenue growth. Duties include market research, competitive analysis, leading negotiations, and representing the organization at industry events.

Qualifications

• Experience and knowledge in the Power and Metals industries, including market trends and key players
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Analytical mindset with expertise in market research and competitive analysis
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
• Proven track record in achieving business targets and driving sales growth in the European markets
• Relevant experience in engineering consultancy or a related field is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline (MBA preferred)
