Title: Business Development Manager Solar Panel Installations (Karimnagar)

Job location: Karimnagar, Travel required to Hyderabad, Jagityal, Warangal and other cities in Telangana

Role compensation:

• Base Salary: 25,000/month
• Incentives: Up to 1000 per solar panel installation / house

Job description: SolarX is on a mission to make clean, affordable solar energy accessible in India's tier-2 cities. As a Sales Manager, you'll drive our growth by leading a motivated team and helping families switch to solar. Your work will have a direct impact on the environment and local communities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the sales team in tier-2 cities (Karimnagar, Warangal, Jagityal)
• Recruit agents and channel partners for solar sales
• Conduct market research in new cities for expansion
• Grow our customer base and drive revenue
• Visit potential clients, explain the benefits of solar energy, and ensure successful installations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

Pay: 240,000.00 - 350,000.00 per year
