Role Overview :-
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive end-to-end sales of Solar EPC projects (rooftop and ground-mounted). The role involves managing the complete sales lifecycle—from lead generation to contract closure—while coordinating with internal engineering and execution teams.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Drive direct sales of Solar EPC projects across C&I, institutional, and large-scale segments
- Manage full sales cycle: lead generation, site discussions, proposals, negotiations, and closure
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships
- Coordinate with technical teams for optimized techno-commercial solutions
- Lead contract negotiations (scope, pricing, timelines, payment terms)
- Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Manage key accounts and ensure repeat business
- Track market trends, pricing benchmarks, and competitor activity
- Lead and mentor the sales team
- Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance reports
Qualifications & Experience :
- 8–10 years of experience in Solar EPC project sales (mandatory)
- Experience in rooftop and ground-mounted projects
- Strong B2B / C&I solar sales background
- Proven track record managing large EPC project portfolios
Education :-
- Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering (mandatory)
- MBA (preferred)

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to manage long sales cycles and close high-value deals
